... is of the essence at HEIMOMED! For us, service means
not only the daily effort of each individual in the smooth
discharge of his/her duties for the benefit of customer and
patient. Above all it means also that we are able to serve and
advise the patients throughout Germany and Austria even,
when necessary, 24 hours a day, round the clock, through
our local teams of advisers. Supporting these teams are our
staff in administration, logistics, production, technical service,
etc. who ensure that everything runs like clockwork, including
the fulfillment of special requirements.

For the hospital this means that basic equipment is not only
delivered, but also that its use on the patient is competently,
appropriately and symathetically explained. Staff are thus
enlightened and can attend to other duties.

Our medical products advisers offer training; this can also
include sessions in hospitals for interested parties - nurses
and carers - or for patients and their relatives, before or
after surgery.
