Our mission is to enable patients who have undergone tracheotomy or laryngotomy
to lead a life with the minimum possible limitation. With this in mind we are active in
the development and optimisation of help-aids for patients. Use of these guarantees
a maximum balance of hindrance:
• e.g. as regards far-reaching loss of smell and taste and the accompanying loss
of recognition of danger;
• they permit patients to keep fit by means of our hydrotherapy offer,
• provision of help in emergencies
• or ability to become breathe themselves .
In the following chapters we will show and describe these and other help-aids.
As some patients require comprehensive advice and training, these items are not
included in our basic equipment set. You therefore have the chance to acquaint
yourself step-by-step with our offers. At the same time rest assured that all
assistance is given correctly and appropriately.
If this is of interest we will willingly advise you completely and individually. Agree
an appointment with our trained specialist staff, our speech therapists or self-help
